At Tech Tote, we're committed to delivering your premium laptop bags and accessories quickly and safely. This shipping policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and policies for both domestic and international orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free on all orders over $75
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95
- Next Day Shipping (1 business day): $24.95
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 for orders under $75. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and time of order placement.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days after shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use UPS and USPS for our shipments. The carrier will be selected based on the delivery location and shipping method chosen.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, customs delays for international shipments, or carrier service disruptions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Address Changes
